Abstract

Wist u dat kalveren op een ziekmakend dieet worden gezet opdat hun vlees er in de supermarkt bleek zou uitzien? En dat er in diepvrieslasagnes geen echt vlees en geen echte kaas zit? En dat bonen uit Kenia kopen een aanslag is op het milieu? En dat biologisch voedsel niet altijd gezonder is en light voedsel niet altijd lichter? De mens anno 2015 heeft eigenlijk geen idéé meer van wat er in zijn eten zit, wordt misleid door de marketingmachine van de voedingsindustrie en komt niet los van hardnekkige clichés over wat er goed is voor zijn dieet en gezondheid.
